Vural Construction, in Alanya since 1994.

More than 30 years building on this coast: 17 residential projects handed over in Alanya, every one sold out. The land, the drawings, the structural calculation, the crews and the handover all stay under one roof.

How we work

Land

Every project starts with the plot. Before anything is bought we look at its ground, its slope and its road access, read its zoning, and work out what can be built on it and what it will cost. If the numbers do not work, we say so at this stage.

Drawings

Our architect draws the plans, elevations and apartment layouts in-house. Each layout is worked through with the structure and the site in mind, from the first sketch to the drawings the crews build from, so what is sold on paper is what gets built.

Structural calculation

The structure is calculated in-house to Turkey’s earthquake regulations, and our chief engineer signs every calculation. The engineer who designs the frame also walks the site, so questions there are answered by the person who did the sums.

Crews

Our site manager runs the crews and the schedule and is on site every working day. Each stage, from the frame to the finishes, is checked on site before the next one starts, and we do not take on more work than we can schedule properly.

Handover

When the building is complete it goes through inspection, then is handed over with its keys and its documents. The office that built it stays where it is, in Alanya.
